City of Burlington—Danbrook Sanitary Sewer Interceptor

AWCK provided construction drawings, specifications and bid documents for approximately 7,800 lf of 8, 12 and 16 inch sanitary sewer mains from the Back Creek Interceptor to north of I-85/40. Project construction included installation of the sewer main parallel to a pond; blasting and removal of rock excavation and a bore and jack installation under I-85/40 west of the Target Complex. Construction began in March 2004 and was completed in October 2004. The project allowed development of the Mackintosh Residential Development and commercial development west of University Drive.
