AWCK Expands its Ownership Group – March 2012
Alley, Williams, Carmen, and King, inc. recently welcomed four new minority owners to its fold. Each of the new owners is a longtime employee of AWCK and we are pleased to announce that the four of them have joined our ownership group.
Heath Williams has been a professional land surveyor since 2005 and became the head of Alley, Williams, Carmen, and King’s Surveying Department in 2007. Heath has been with AWCK since 1996 and became a stockholder in 2011. Heath is responsible for coordinating fieldwork for engineers, architects and other surveying and has extensive experience using computers to generate survey maps for legal and recording purposes. Heath is married to Bobbi Jean Williams and has three children.
Gary Parrish attended N.C. State University and is a graduate of Elon College and has been a professional land surveyor since 1992. He has over 30 years of experience in the surveying field and is a member of the North Carolina Society of Surveyors. Gary was employed by Alley, Williams, Carmen and King in 2003 and became a stockholder in 2011. Gary has extensive experience with conducting field surveys and preparation of maps for boundary surveys, rights-of-way maps and easement maps. Gary is married to Cheryl Parrish and they have two children.
Josh Johnson is a graduate of N.C. State University, has been a professional engineer since 2007 and has over 9 years of experience in the engineering profession. Josh has been employed with Alley, Williams, Carmen and King since 2005 and became a stockholder in 2011. Josh is a current member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and is heavily involved in local communities Jordan Lake and NPDES Phase II stormwater compliance. Josh is married to Sara Johnson.
David Lipe is a graduate of N.C. State University, has been a professional engineer since 2001 and has over 15 years of experience in the engineering profession. David has been employed with Alley, Williams, Carmen and King as Project Engineer since 2006 and became a stockholder in 2011. David is a current member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and American Waterworks Association and is responsible for project delivery from inception to completion. David is married to Kimberly Lipe and they have two children.
