Roundabout- Bermuda Run

The Town of Bermuda Run received STP-DA funds through the Winston Salem Urban Area Metropolitan Planning Organization to construct a roundabout on US Hwy 158 at Twins Way and Bermuda Run Drive. The Town of Bermuda Run selected AWCK to provide contract administration and inspection for the project. AWCK worked with NCDOT and FHWA to provide this service to the Town of Bermuda Run for their reimbursement from NCDOT for the Federal Funds. The project included the demolition of an existing gatehouse and reconstruction of a new gatehouse. The project also included storm drainage, curb and gutter, irrigation, landscaping, lighting, pavement markings, sidewalk, and retaining walls.
