Eastway Lane Culvert Replacement – Graham, N.C.

The City of Graham awarded a contract to C&J Utilities, Inc. of Burlington, N.C. to replace a 60″ CMP on Eastway Lane with an 81″ x 59″ Aluminum Pipe Arch with Aluminum headwalls.  The arch pipe culvert will reduce upstream flooding.  In addition to the culvert replacement, catch basins will be added; curb & gutter and pavement replaced; and water and sewer mains relocated.
